To submit a warranty claim for your fire alarm system, CO₂ monitoring equipment, or other life safety systems, please complete the form below and click “Submit Claim” at the bottom. If a service issue arises within the original warranty period outlined in your contract, Global Systems United, LLC will cover 100% of the cost to repair or replace the affected fire alarm device, CO₂ sensor, or related safety system component—provided our technician determines the issue is due to component failure or installation-related workmanship (e.g., loose wiring or configuration errors). However, if the issue is caused by factors outside our control—such as accidental damage (e.g., liquid spills, physical impact), third-party interference (e.g., another contractor cutting wires), environmental conditions (e.g., gas leaks, excessive heat, unauthorized modifications), or battery failure—repairs will be billed according to our standard service rates and warranty terms. Please note: All invoices on the customer’s account must be current at the time of service for warranty coverage to apply.
