Global Systems United β€” Service Terms & Conditions

Global Systems United is committed to providing clear, professional, and timely service. The following terms outline our standard rates, trip fees, billing and cancellation requirements, warranty coverage, and general service conditions. By submitting a service request, you agree to these terms.


SERVICE RATES (Two-Hour Minimum)

All service calls include a two-hour minimum charge, which covers travel time to and from your location.


Regularly Scheduled Service (On-Site Within 5 Business Days)
$145.00/hour
πŸ”Ή For non-urgent requests. On-site within five (5) business days during regular hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (excluding holidays)


Emergency Service – Same Day (Regular Hours)
$195.00/hour
πŸ”Ή Available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (excluding holidays)
πŸ”Ή Same-day requests approved after 10:00 AM may require after-hours billing if work extends beyond the regular schedule


Emergency Service – Same Day (After Hours)
$390.00/hour
πŸ”Ή Applies outside Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM


Holiday Service Rate
$585.00/hour
Applies on the following holidays and associated weekends:
πŸ”Ή New Year’s Day
πŸ”Ή Good Friday through Easter Sunday
πŸ”Ή Mother’s Day weekend
πŸ”Ή Memorial Day weekend
πŸ”Ή Father’s Day weekend
πŸ”Ή Independence Day & associated weekend
πŸ”Ή Labor Day weekend
πŸ”Ή Thanksgiving weekend
πŸ”Ή Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & associated weekend


TRIP FEES

Trip fees cover travel costs including fuel, insurance, and vehicle wear.

πŸ”Ή Within 50 miles of Phoenix (85051): $125.00 flat rate
πŸ”Ή Over 50 miles from Phoenix (85051): Portal-to-Portal at the applicable hourly rate
πŸ”Ή β€œPortal-to-Portal” means billable time begins when the technician leaves our office and ends when they return


PARTS, EQUIPMENT & MATERIAL COSTS

πŸ”Ή Cost of any equipment, materials, components, or consumables required to complete service will be billed in addition to labor rates, at current pricing at the time of service
πŸ”Ή Special-order parts may require full or partial prepayment
πŸ”Ή Manufacturer warranties apply unless otherwise stated in writing


CANCELLATION POLICY

πŸ”Ή A $50.00 processing fee applies if service is canceled after booking confirmation
πŸ”Ή If a technician has been dispatched, a $125.00 trip fee also applies
πŸ”Ή Both fees apply if cancellation occurs after dispatch


BILLING TERMS

πŸ”Ή Payment Terms: Net 30
πŸ”Ή A $50.00 monthly late fee applies to unpaid balances over 30 days
πŸ”Ή A five (5) day grace period is provided before late fees are applied
πŸ”Ή All invoices must be current at the time of service for warranty coverage to apply


WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind our workmanship. During the original warranty period stated in your contract, service to repair or replace a covered defect is provided at no labor charge when our technician determines the issue is due to:

πŸ”Ή Component failure
πŸ”Ή Installation-related workmanship


Warranty Exclusions (billable at standard rates):
πŸ”Ή Accidental or physical damage
πŸ”Ή Damage caused by others after installation
πŸ”Ή Environmental conditions (water, corrosion, gas exposure)
πŸ”Ή Battery failure, power issues, or maintenance issues


GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

πŸ”Ή Work is limited to items listed on the approved Service Work Order
πŸ”Ή Customer acknowledges systems may be temporarily or permanently disabled during service
πŸ”Ή GSU is not responsible for deficiencies in systems we did not install
πŸ”Ή Maximum liability is the lesser of $1,500 or the value of the Work Order
πŸ”Ή GSU is not responsible for damage caused by others after service
πŸ”Ή Customer agrees to carry appropriate insurance and waive subrogation
πŸ”Ή GSU is not liable for consequential or business-interruption damages
πŸ”Ή Unless otherwise stated in writing, a 30-day limited warranty applies to parts and labor
πŸ”Ή Customer agrees to indemnify and hold GSU harmless from third-party claims
πŸ”Ή GSU is not responsible for delays or losses caused by pre-existing system deficiencies
πŸ”Ή No claim may be filed more than one (1) year after the service date or incident
πŸ”Ή The person requesting service confirms they are authorized to do so
πŸ”Ή Submitting a service request, approving a quote, or allowing work to begin constitutes acceptance of these terms
