SERVICE RATES (Two-Hour Minimum)
Our two-hour minimum billing policy includes travel time to and from your location, ensuring our technicians are compensated for their time while providing reliable and professional service.
Regular Hourly Rate (Within 5 Business Days)
$145.00/Hour
Regular hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Emergency Hourly Rate (Same Day) β Regular Hours
$195.00/Hour
Regular hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Same-day emergency services approved after 10:00 AM may fall into the after-hours rate.
Emergency Hourly Rate (Same Day) β After Hours
$390.00/Hour
Applies outside of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Holiday Hourly Rate
$585.00/Hour
Our observed holidays include Motherβs Day weekend, Fatherβs Day weekend, New Yearβs Day and associated weekend, Memorial Day and associated weekend, Good Friday through Easter weekend, Independence Day and associated weekend, Labor Day and associated weekend, Thanksgiving Day and associated weekend, and Christmas Eve/Day and associated weekend.
TRIP FEE
Our trip fee covers fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, wear and tear, insurance, and vehicle registration, ensuring our team can reliably and efficiently travel to your location.
- Trip Fee (within 50 miles): $125.00
- Trip Fee (over 50 miles): Portal to Portal
TERMS
- Billing Terms: Net 30.
- Late Fees: A $50.00 finance charge applies per month for overdue accounts, with a five-day grace period before additional fees are implemented.
- Cancellation Policy: Canceled services will incur a $50.00 processing fee. If a technician has already been dispatched, a $125.00 trip fee will apply.
WARRANTY POLICY
If a service issue arises within the original warranty period as specified in the contract, Global Systems United, LLC will cover 100% of the cost to repair or replace the affected device, provided our technician determines the issue is due to a component failure or installation-related workmanship (e.g., loose wiring).
However, if the technician determines the issue was caused by factors outside of our controlβsuch as accidental damage (e.g., liquid spills, physical impact), third-party interference (e.g., another contractor cutting or damaging wires), environmental conditions (e.g., gas leaks, unauthorized modifications), or battery failureβthose repairs will be billed in accordance with our standard service rates and warranty terms and conditions.
Please note: All invoices on the customerβs account must be current at the time of service in order for warranty coverage to apply.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Scope of Work β Global Systems United, LLC (βGSUβ) will perform only the services listed in the Service Work Order (βWorkβ). No other services are included. GSU does not guarantee its systems or services will detect or prevent any specific event or consequence.
Equipment Disconnection Notice β Customer acknowledges that any listed equipment may be temporarily or permanently disconnected during service and will not function during that time.
Pre-Existing Systems β GSU is not liable for deficiencies or failures in existing systems. Any issues found are the Customerβs responsibility.
Limitation of Liability β GSUβs liability is limited to the lesser of $1,500 or the value of the Work Order. Claims are only valid if all invoices are paid in full.
Third-Party Interference β GSU is not responsible for issues caused by others modifying or disturbing the system.
Insurance & Waiver of Subrogation β Customer agrees to carry insurance and releases GSU from liability for any loss covered by insurance. Customerβs insurer waives subrogation rights.
Consequential Damages β GSU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use or failure of the system.
Limited Warranty β GSU warrants workmanship and materials for 30 days from completion. This does not cover damage caused by unrelated issues. All other warranties are disclaimed.
Indemnity β Customer agrees to indemnify and defend GSU against claims or losses arising from the Work, including third-party claims or environmental conditions directly related to system installation or detection services. GSU does not handle hazardous material identification or remediation.
Benefit of Terms β These terms benefit GSUβs owners, staff, affiliates, and agents.
System Deficiencies β GSU is not liable for losses from existing system issues or delays in performing recommended repairs.
Time Limit on Claims β No claim or lawsuit may be filed more than one year after the event or issue occurred.
Authorization β The person accepting these terms affirms they are authorized to do so on behalf of the property owner.
Acceptance of Terms β Electronic, written, or verbal acceptance, including through the GSU websiteβs Contact or Service Request form, or allowing Work to begin, confirms full agreement to these terms.
