Global Systems United is committed to providing clear, professional, and timely service. Below are our standard rates, trip fees, billing and cancellation terms, warranty coverage, and general service conditions. By submitting a service request, you agree to these terms.
SERVICE RATES (Two-Hour Minimum):
All service calls are billed with a two-hour minimum, which includes travel time to and from your location.
Regularly Scheduled Service (On-Site Within 5 Business Days):
$145.00/hour
For non-urgent service requests scheduled in advance. A technician will be on-site within (5) business days during regular hours: MondayโFriday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding holidays)
Emergency Service โ Same Day (Regular Hours):
$195.00/hour
Available MondayโFriday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Same-day requests approved after 10:00 AM may fall into the after-hours rate.
Emergency Service โ Same Day (After Hours):
$390.00/hour
Applies to services performed outside of MondayโFriday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Holiday Service Rate:
$585.00/hour
Applies on the following holidays and associated weekends:

๐น Memorial Day weekend
๐น Fatherโs Day weekend
๐น Independence Day and weekend
๐น Labor Day weekend
๐น Thanksgiving weekend
๐น Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and associated weekend
Trip Fees:
Trip fees cover travel costs including fuel, insurance, and vehicle wear and tear, and are calculated from our home office location in Phoenix, AZ (ZIP 85051).
๐น Within 50 miles of Phoenix (85051): $125.00 flat rate
๐น Over 50 miles from Phoenix (85051): Billed Portal-to-Portal at the applicable hourly rate, starting from and returning to our office
โPortal-to-Portalโ means billable time begins when the technician leaves our office and ends when they return.
Cancellation Policy:
๐น A $50.00 processing fee applies if service is canceled after booking confirmation
๐น If a technician has already been dispatched, a $125.00 trip fee also applies
๐น Both fees apply if cancellation occurs after dispatch
Billing Terms:
๐น Payment Terms: Net 30
๐น Late Fee: $50.00 per month applies to balances not paid within 30 days
Warranty Policy:
We stand by our work. If a service issue occurs during the original warranty period as defined in your contract, Global Systems United will cover 100% of the cost to repair or replace the affected componentโif our technician determines the issue is due to:

๐น Installation-related workmanship (e.g., loose wiring)
Warranty Exclusions (Billed at Standard Rates):
๐น Accidental damage (e.g., impact, water, liquid spills)
๐น Damage by other contractors or third parties
๐น Environmental conditions (e.g., corrosion, gas leaks)
๐น Battery failure or low power conditions
๐น Note: All invoices must be current at the time of service for warranty coverage to apply.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Scope of Work:
Only services listed in the approved Service Work Order will be performed. No additional services are implied or included unless agreed in writing.
Equipment Disconnection Notice:
Customer acknowledges that equipment may be temporarily or permanently disabled during service.
Pre-Existing Systems:
Global Systems United is not responsible for deficiencies or failures in systems we did not install.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is limited to the lesser of $1,500 or the value of the Work Order. Claims are valid only if the account is paid in full.
Third-Party Interference:
We are not responsible for damage caused by others after service is performed.
Insurance & Waiver of Subrogation:
Customer agrees to carry appropriate insurance and releases GSU from liability for any losses covered by insurance. Customerโs insurer waives subrogation rights.
Consequential Damages:
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including business interruptions.
Limited Warranty:
We provide a 30-day limited warranty on parts and workmanship unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Indemnity:
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold GSU harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from our work or systems, including third-party or environmental claims.
Benefit of Terms:
These terms extend to GSUโs owners, employees, agents, and subcontractors.
System Deficiencies:
We are not liable for issues or losses caused by pre-existing system conditions or delays in repair approval.
Time Limit on Claims:
No claim may be filed more than one year after the date of service or incident.
Authorization:
The person submitting the service request affirms they are authorized to approve work on behalf of the property or business owner.
Acceptance of Terms:
Submitting a service request (by phone, web form, or email), approving a quote, or allowing work to begin constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
