Global Systems United is committed to providing clear, professional, and timely service. The following terms outline our standard rates, trip fees, billing and cancellation requirements, warranty coverage, and general service conditions. By submitting a service request, you agree to these terms.
All service calls include a two-hour minimum charge, which covers travel time to and from your location.
Regularly Scheduled Service (On-Site Within 5 Business Days)
$145.00/hour
πΉ For non-urgent requests. On-site within five (5) business days during regular hours: MondayβFriday, 7:00 AMβ3:00 PM (excluding holidays)
Emergency Service β Same Day (Regular Hours)
$195.00/hour
πΉ Available MondayβFriday, 7:00 AMβ3:00 PM (excluding holidays)
πΉ Same-day requests approved after 10:00 AM may require after-hours billing if work extends beyond the regular schedule
Emergency Service β Same Day (After Hours)
$390.00/hour
πΉ Applies outside MondayβFriday, 7:00 AMβ4:00 PM
Holiday Service Rate
$585.00/hour
Applies on the following holidays and associated weekends:

πΉ Good Friday through Easter Sunday
πΉ Motherβs Day weekend
πΉ Memorial Day weekend
πΉ Fatherβs Day weekend
πΉ Independence Day & associated weekend
πΉ Labor Day weekend
πΉ Thanksgiving weekend
πΉ Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & associated weekend
Trip fees cover travel costs including fuel, insurance, and vehicle wear.
πΉ Within 50 miles of Phoenix (85051): $125.00 flat rate
πΉ Over 50 miles from Phoenix (85051): Portal-to-Portal at the applicable hourly rate
πΉ βPortal-to-Portalβ means billable time begins when the technician leaves our office and ends when they return
πΉ Cost of any equipment, materials, components, or consumables required to complete service will be billed in addition to labor rates, at current pricing at the time of service
πΉ Special-order parts may require full or partial prepayment
πΉ Manufacturer warranties apply unless otherwise stated in writing
πΉ A $50.00 processing fee applies if service is canceled after booking confirmation
πΉ If a technician has been dispatched, a $125.00 trip fee also applies
πΉ Both fees apply if cancellation occurs after dispatch
πΉ Payment Terms: Net 30
πΉ A $50.00 monthly late fee applies to unpaid balances over 30 days
πΉ A five (5) day grace period is provided before late fees are applied
πΉ All invoices must be current at the time of service for warranty coverage to apply
We stand behind our workmanship. During the original warranty period stated in your contract, service to repair or replace a covered defect is provided at no labor charge when our technician determines the issue is due to:
πΉ Component failure
πΉ Installation-related workmanship
Warranty Exclusions (billable at standard rates):
πΉ Accidental or physical damage
πΉ Damage caused by others after installation
πΉ Environmental conditions (water, corrosion, gas exposure)
πΉ Battery failure, power issues, or maintenance issues
πΉ Work is limited to items listed on the approved Service Work Order
πΉ Customer acknowledges systems may be temporarily or permanently disabled during service
πΉ GSU is not responsible for deficiencies in systems we did not install
πΉ Maximum liability is the lesser of $1,500 or the value of the Work Order
πΉ GSU is not responsible for damage caused by others after service
πΉ Customer agrees to carry appropriate insurance and waive subrogation
πΉ GSU is not liable for consequential or business-interruption damages
πΉ Unless otherwise stated in writing, a 30-day limited warranty applies to parts and labor
πΉ Customer agrees to indemnify and hold GSU harmless from third-party claims
πΉ GSU is not responsible for delays or losses caused by pre-existing system deficiencies
πΉ No claim may be filed more than one (1) year after the service date or incident
πΉ The person requesting service confirms they are authorized to do so
πΉ Submitting a service request, approving a quote, or allowing work to begin constitutes acceptance of these terms
