By using this website, submitting service requests, or hiring Global Systems United, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered
We provide life safety system design, fire alarm systems, CO2 monitoring, gas detection, and installation services for commercial and residential clients. Scope is defined per project or contract.

2. Service Requests
Submitting a request via our website or email does not guarantee scheduling. Our team will follow up to confirm appointment times and costs.

3. Billing & Payments
Standard service rates and trip fees apply (see Service Menu)
Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed
Late fees and cancellation charges may apply

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of confirmed appointment may incur a $50 fee. If a technician is dispatched, the full trip charge applies.

5. Intellectual Property
All logos, documents, and materials published on our site are the property of Global Systems United, LLC and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the contracted work.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Maricopa County, AZ.

8. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
