Why does my monitoring report say "No Test"?

If your monitoring report shows "No Test," it means our monitoring center did not receive a test signal from your alarm panel during the expected timeframe.

Possible Causes:

β€’ πŸ”§ The programming may have been altered or become corrupted
β€’ πŸ“Ά There is a communication failure (phone line or cellular path disrupted)
β€’ ⚑ Power has been lost to the fire panel or communicator

What should I do if I see β€œNo Test”?

To ensure your system is functioning and reporting correctly, we recommend scheduling a technician to evaluate the issue.
