Why does my monitoring report say "No Test"?

 If your fire alarm monitoring report shows “No Test,” it means your system did not send the required supervisory signal to confirm readiness. 

If your monitoring report shows "No Test," it means our monitoring center did not receive a test signal from your alarm panel during the expected timeframe.

• 🔧 The programming may have been altered or become corrupted
• 📶 There is a communication failure (phone line or cellular path disrupted)
• ⚡ Power has been lost to the fire panel or communicator
